Please note that, given the nature of our products, the descriptions and images should be viewed as a guide only.
The product comes with a built-in underlay, so no need to use any other type of underlay. It should be installed on a straight, rigid, and level subfloor. We suggest utilizing a self-levelling compound to achieve the necessary evenness. When installing over screed, ensure that the moisture content does not exceed 2%.
Installing this product on an uneven subfloor or using an inappropriate underlay can lead to the failure of the click system and cause damage to the flooring over time. Additionally, you must create an expansion gap around the perimeter and barrier every 30 m² or anywhere it meets another floor or vertical surface. We highly recommend installing our flooring only after carefully reviewing and following our installation and maintenance guide.
