Delivery and Returns Policy

At AGS Flooring, we aim to ensure a smooth shopping experience through our delivery and returns policy.
Here’s what you need to know:

Delivery Information

  1. Standard Delivery Timeframe: Most products, as defined in our terms and conditions, will be delivered within 2 to 4 working days.
  2. Next Day Delivery – Orders must be confirmed by 11 AM the day before. This does not apply to the delivery of accessories on their own. Please contact us on sales@agsflooring.co.uk for a quote.
  3. Delivery Hours: Deliveries are typically made between 8 AM and 7 PM, Monday to Friday. We encourage you to indicate any preferred delivery dates when placing your order, and we will confirm if this request can be accommodated.

Delivery Charges

Luxury Vinyl Flooring:
  1. Standard UK Delivery: £45 -£54 Including VAT (depending on the postcode)
  2. Next Day Delivery – Orders must be confirmed by 11 AM the day before. Please contact us for a quote.
  3. An additional charge may apply to certain areas in Scotland, Cumbria, Devon, Exeter, Cornwall, and Wales. For some locations, you will need to reach out to us for a quote. Please contact us at on sales@agsflooring.co.uk for further assistance.
  4. For Northen Ireland and European deliveries, please contact our team on sales@agsflooring.co.uk

Accessories

  1. Standard UK Delivery: £11 for the first item, with an additional £6 for each item, up to a maximum charge of £41 for six items.
  2. Next Day Delivery – This service is not available for delivery of accessories on their own. 
  3. An additional charge may apply to certain areas in Scotland, Cumbria, Devon, Exeter, Cornwall, and Wales. For some locations, you will need to reach out to us for a quote. Please contact us at sales@agsflooring.co.uk  for further assistance.

Samples

Sample deliveries are provided with express shipping free of charge while a promotion is active. Charges for delivery may apply depending on the specifics of the promotion. However, even when promotions conclude, we will still not charge for samples, although a nominal fee may be applicable. Please note that free samples are exclusively available for flooring products. All items are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities based on current stock levels.

Storage Policy

  • Free Storage Duration: We offer free storage for up to 10 weeks from the order date.

Delivery Accessibility

  1. Deliveries are made to the kerbside, at the nearest access point to your property. If there are accessibility issues (e.g., vehicle weight, road restrictions), please inform us when placing your order to arrange the right vehicle.
  2. All deliveries are made kerbside.

Upon Delivery

  1. Inspect your delivery upon arrival. Ensure that the quantities and conditions match what you ordered.Only one box should be opened for inspection. We do not provide refunds for opened boxes.If any items are damaged, notify the driver and note the discrepancies on the proof of delivery document.
  2. If issues arise, contact us at sales@agsflooring.co.uk for assistance. Claims may not be honoured if discrepancies are not recorded at the time of delivery.

Return and Cancellation Policy

  1. If you wish to return a product, contact us at sales@agsflooring.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. All returns must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Opened boxesused / damaged cannot be refunded.
  2. You can return the items yourself or request a quote from our team for collection. Please note that returns should be made to one of our depots (North London, Cambridge, Basildon, Harlow), and our team will guide you on the correct depot based on your purchase.
  1. If you want to cancel your order and it hasn’t been shipped, you are allowed to do so if it’s within 14 days of purchase. We will issue a full refund within 5-7 working days. If the items have already been shipped, we will refund your order minus any costs, such as delivery fees.

Order Amendments

  • Any changes to your order, including additions or reductions, must be requested at least 48 hours before the agreed delivery date. Changes made after products have been despatched will fall under our returns policy.

Refund Process

Our refunds are typically processed within 5-7 working days from the date of your refund request. However, for returns or cancellations of orders that have already been despatched, it may take up to 14 days. This extended timeframe allows for the receipt and inspection of the returned items.
  • Refunds for returned items or cancelled orders after the items have been despatched will be issued within up to 7 working days from the day we receive the product back. We will refund you once the returned products are confirmed to be in a resalable condition. Refunds for cancellations within the 14-day period before the items aredespatchedwill be processed within 2-3 working days. Please note that conditions apply, and certain products (clearance, bespoke, or used items) are non-returnable
